I was relocating from the south to NJ and unfortunately my dates kept changing. Cindy was so helpful and understanding, she assisted me all through the process. Additionally, we had a delayed arrival, but she worked with the owner to facilitate things for us. I stayed in the unit much longer than I expected, and they were more than accommodating. I am giving them the highest recommendation possible they have been a pleasure to work with.

What started as a frustrating situation ended up being 5 star. I went to the management office (as there is no onsite office) and Zac took the time to help me out. I very much appreciated it. That is rare to find today. The level of customer service was unexpected, in a good way. Facility is clean and pricing is reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

There isn't too much security at all. It's far from clean. Many of the storage units are empty and doors are broken. There is only a chain for security. I would never ever store anything of value at Zac's until they clean it out and invest in a security system. I store nothing valuable so the price was right for us. They have a terrible problem with people using the back of the units as a dumping ground.

I switched from 5'X10' to 10'X10'. The price on the website was different from the one charged in the office. Glad it's only for a few months.

After comparing prices for a 10'x20' storage space zac's was considerably cheaper. I inspected the facility ans was satisfied that my goods were safe. We moved in on Memorial Day. We got there late and needed extra time to unload. The manager told us "No problem,take as much time as you need". I was pleasantly surprised by his kindness. Zac's is the place for no hassle storage at a great rate. Larry
